These terms ("SlocatBingo Terms") govern your subscription to and use of SlocatBingo, a live-event bingo service operated by Slocat Group, LLC ("Slocat Group," "we," "us"). By subscribing to or using SlocatBingo you agree to these SlocatBingo Terms. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.
These SlocatBingo Terms supplement our general Terms of Service. The intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions of the general Terms also apply to SlocatBingo; where the two conflict on subscription, billing, or refunds, these SlocatBingo Terms control.
1. What SlocatBingo is
SlocatBingo is a subscription service that lets you host and play live-event bingo. Slocat Group, LLC is the seller and merchant of record. Access is delivered online; there is no physical product to ship.
2. Subscription and billing
SlocatBingo is sold as a recurring subscription. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
Pricing. Your first payment of $39.99 covers your first three (3) months of SlocatBingo. After that introductory period, your subscription automatically renews at $5.99 per month until you cancel.
- The $39.99 introductory charge is billed once, at signup, and is not $39.99 per month.
- Beginning at the end of the three-month introductory period, the $5.99 monthly charge recurs automatically on the same calendar day each month until cancelled.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. Slocat Group does not store your full card number.
- By subscribing you authorize Slocat Group to charge your payment method for the introductory amount and for each monthly renewal until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your SlocatBingo subscription at any time. To cancel, email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use any cancellation option provided in your account.
- Cancellation stops all future renewal charges.
- When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not cut off immediately.
- You do not need to cancel by phone — email is sufficient.
4. Refund policy
Introductory payment ($39.99)
- 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial $39.99 charge and we will refund it in full and cancel your subscription.
- After those first seven days, the $39.99 introductory payment is non-refundable, but you keep access for the remainder of your three-month introductory period and may cancel at any time to stop the $5.99 monthly renewals.
Monthly renewals ($5.99)
- Recurring monthly charges are non-refundable. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- We do not provide partial-month or prorated refunds for time remaining after a cancellation.
Billing errors
- Duplicate charges, or charges made in error, are refunded in full. Email [email protected] and we will make it right.
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account and include the name and date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to post them.
5. Price changes
We may change SlocatBingo pricing. If we change the price of your recurring subscription, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect, and the new price will apply only to renewals after that notice. You may cancel before a price change takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use SlocatBingo only for lawful purposes and not to resell, share, or misrepresent your subscription, interfere with the service, or attempt to access non-public areas. We may suspend or terminate a subscription that violates these SlocatBingo Terms or the general Terms of Service.
