An ERP that runs the whole business — that you own.

An ERP — Enterprise Resource Planning — is the spine that ties your sales, inventory, purchasing, invoicing, and customers into one place instead of a dozen apps that don't talk. The big ones cost a fortune and box you in. We do it differently: an open-source ERP, on a server you own, run by an AI agent.

Who it's for

Two kinds of business, one fix.

If you run on spreadsheets, sticky notes, and a stack of subscriptions

You probably don't call it an ERP — but the job it does is the thing you're already doing by hand across 3 to 10 apps that don't talk to each other. One for invoicing, one for scheduling, one for inventory, a spreadsheet for the rest, and you in the middle re-typing the same numbers. An agentized ERP folds all of that into one system you talk to in plain language. Ask "what do I owe this week?" and it answers. Say "invoice the Maple Street job," and it's done. Most of those monthly subscriptions go away.

If you're on Sage or SAP and tired of being told no

You know the line: "the system doesn't do that," or "sure — that's a custom module, six figures and a few months." It's not a bluff: a meaningful customization on SAP or Sage really does run into the tens of thousands, and a small-business SAP rollout commonly clears $150,000 before it does the one thing you bought it for. Those days are over. With an open-source ERP and an agent, the thing you want is a conversation, not a change order.

Service businesses, too

Not just for companies that sell things off a shelf.

If what you sell is your time, your crew, or a recurring service — trades, job shops, agencies, consultants, repair and maintenance — this fits just as well. The open-source ERP we build on has first-party tools made for service work, and the agent drives all of them.

The agent runs the job, start to finish

Schedule the tech, dispatch by who's closest and qualified, log the hours from the field, pull in the parts used on site, and send the invoice before the truck is back to the shop — by talking to the agent. Recurring work and retainers bill themselves on schedule.

Bill the way you actually charge

Time-and-materials, fixed-price, milestones, retainers, monthly subscriptions — not just selling goods. Every billable hour and part flows onto the invoice automatically, and you see real profit per job instead of a guess at month-end.

One honest note: for high-volume residential field service — think HVAC or plumbing with a call center and a big fleet — purpose-built tools like ServiceTitan go deeper on routing and dispatch. For most trades, job shops, and professional-service firms, an agentized ERP is the better-connected, lower-cost call.

The honest comparison

"But don't SAP and Oracle have AI now?"

They do — and it's real. The catch is it only works on their terms. Their AI lives inside their cloud, runs on their subscription, and only sees the data you keep in their system. SAP's most capable, agentic AI is metered in prepaid "AI units" that expire if you don't burn them, on pricing even licensing specialists call opaque. Oracle bundles its agents in — but only on top of an Oracle cloud bill that starts in the tens of thousands a year and climbs. You're renting AI inside a walled garden you don't control.

Agentizing your own ERP flips that.

The software — we build on Odoo — is open source and free to license. It runs on hardware you own. The agent reads and writes through the same open API the system already exposes, so it does the work, not just chats about it.

And the AI is your call. Run a model locally and nothing ever leaves your building — the private option some businesses want. Or point the agent at your own API credits and use a top-tier cloud model when you need more power than a local box can give — which, honestly, is what most businesses will want. Either way it's your server and your account: you're never paying us a per-seat AI fee, and you're never locked to one vendor's model.

What it looks like

You run the business by talking to it.

The agent answers questions about your real numbers and takes action inside the ERP — placing orders, sending invoices, reconciling bills — while the open-source system runs quietly on your server.
